	Ecowise completes it's move to the Small Technologies Cluster


	In late March 2006, Ecowise engaged Wilkore to provide them with a new Victorian Head Office and Laboratory facility at caribbean Business Park for the testing of water. This was to consolidate two sites over two stages. The first stage was to accommodate their Richmond site staff, who had to vacate by September 2006. The second stage, around 12 to 18 months later, to accommodate staff from their head office facility in Mount Waverly. Wilkore identified a new Greenfield site on the Caribbean Business Park estate and had a building design bedded down within one month. By September 2006 a new building shell with a footprint of over 3,000m² and 920m² of Laboratory Fitout were completed. In April 2008 the second stage was completed adding a further 1,000m² of addition laboratory space, a 1,000m² of office and 1,200m² of warehouse space.
